Who we are
The Community Association
The Buffalo Sands Community Association is a non-profit organization run by elected volunteers from the community. We manage shared amenities, organize community events, and advocate for residents with the county and province.
Membership is open to all property owners within the Buffalo Sands Community subdivision. Membership helps to pay for maintenance on common areas, insurance, and any power etc. needed for common areas.
